Leola provides great hunting and fishing opportunities as well as a small campsite for visitors, and various recreational parks. There is also a swimming pool, as well as tennis and basketball courts.
The Leola Development Corporation is also raising funds to build a community center in the town of Leola. The community center will include a gym, an event and recreational center that can host many different types of activities for all occasions. The community center will be a safe and fun place for teens to go to "hang out" as well as study and do homework after school and during the summer months. This center would also serve as a meeting place for many different clubs and organizations within the town.
