Menopause is a different phase in the life of every woman. These days are a beginning of emotional and physical change. For some, it may lead to depression also. It has been seen that fractures are quite common during the phase.

4.) Hormone replacement therapy can be the answer to frequent fractures if your doctor suggests you. Many times, hormone replacement therapy is the only answer and women who get it, can have a pleasant journey through peri-menopausal period.
