Leola has a wonderful school system with an enrollment of 281 students in grades K-12. Leola School District 44-2 also contains three Hutterite colony schools. These include Spring Creek Colony, Grassland Colony, and LongLake Colony.

Starting in 2002, Leola and Frederick became a cooperative sports team. The Leola-Frederick Titans have been very successful and have made an appearance in two State B' Boy's Basketball tournaments. Below is a link to both the Leola and Frederick High School websites.
