Summer Strawberry Tart
Tasty and soft flavor of melted butter and fruit mixed in dough.

This is exactly what I did this Sunday with my friend as we were forced to be inside our home due to the rain. I saw this recipe few weeks before when strawberries just started to appear and I thought this is the appropriate time to make this dish. Hence, as soon as we saw it in the market we bought them though half of them were eaten away at the breakfast time.

The result was great recipe with awesome and delicious taste with butter, milk and eggs adding to the aroma and flavor of the delicacy.
The ingredients needed for this recipe are:
115 g butter, soft at room temperature
180 g flour (650 preferred)
1 1 / 2 lg baking powder
1 / 2 lg salt
200 g sugar, brown
1 egg
120 ml milk
1 lg essence / vanilla extract
450 g strawberries, cleaned
1-2 lg bourbon vanilla sugar

After you have collected these ingredients, follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Preheat oven to 170-180 ° C. Grease it with little butter and flour.
2. Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl rub sugar and butter together. After that add egg, milk and vanilla extract. In this mixture, add dry ingredients mix.
Note: I added some milk and egg more as the dough was somewhat rough.
3. Pour the dough in the tart and add half cut strawberries on top of it. (You are free to put any number of strawberries on it as it is optional). Before putting the tart in oven, we applied some special bourbon vanilla sugar so as to give a special flavor to strawberries.
4. 4. Place tart in oven for 10 min, then for another 45-50 minutes at a temperature below 160° C.

That was a wonderful afternoon and summer garden balcony was just the perfect place to enjoy a delicious piece of cake in the evening.
He enjoyed sharing my fondness for cooking along with equally food loving people. It is not at all difficult and is necessary too but you need to have time and confidence to enjoy it. I desperately wanted evening cooking, nice people, kitchen with good wine and special music. I call it spending quality time. In this way:
