Tabbouleh

I remember the first time I ate Tabbouleh and I was very impressed with the taste when I was in Berlin then try Lebanese cuisine and Turkish. A few weeks ago one of my best friends treated me with Tabbouleh and I decided to cook this delicious recipe.

I looked quickly in the book of recipes how to do it and it went … mmmm:)

Ingredients

• 175 g couscous
Lemon juice • 2 Lg
Olive oil • 1 Lg
• 6 Lg chopped parsley
• 60 g cucumber, diced small
• 3 Lg fresh mint, chopped
• 1 tomato, diced small
• (Optional) I put a red pepper, diced
• (optional) Green onion stalks, chopped
• salt, pepper, spices couscous

It’s quite easy to prepare. In that amount of couscous add 425ml water to boil and dry it. Stir it well and then add other ingredients and mix well. That’s it!
